At SuperWoman Records, we do things differently. We believe in empowering artists, not exploiting them. That’s why we don’t sign artists to restrictive deals—instead, we focus on helping them own their work and build sustainable careers.
Here’s how it works:
1. Empowerment Without Cost: We provide artists with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to thrive in the music industry—completely free of charge.
2. Community-Driven Selection: The community votes to select the artists who will join our 6-month cohort program.
3. Support and Growth: Each artist in the cohort receives $5,000 and works closely with us to develop their craft, brand, and business skills.
4. Culmination at the Festival: The journey ends with a high-energy performance at the SuperWoman Records Festival, where our artists shine on stage and celebrate their growth.
